Dr. Romeo V. Bato is the Founder and President of RVB Medical Group and the Founder of Nu/Hart Hair Restoration Philippines. Recognized as one of the pioneers and leading cosmetic surgeons in the Philippines, he has dedicated more than two decades to advancing cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine through innovation, surgical excellence, and physician education.

Widely respected for his expertise in cosmetic surgery, Dr. Bato has performed thousands of successful procedures throughout his career. His extensive experience includes rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift surgery, breast augmentation and reduction, body contouring, liposuction, fat grafting, abdominoplasty, facial rejuvenation, and a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures. In addition to cosmetic surgery, Dr. Bato is regarded as one of the country’s pioneers in hair restoration surgery. As the founder of Nu/Hart Hair Restoration Philippines, he helped introduce modern hair transplantation techniques in the country and has successfully performed thousands of hair restoration procedures for local and international patients. His expertise encompasses Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), corrective hair transplantation, and complex hair restoration cases, earning him recognition as one of the Philippines’ most experienced hair restoration surgeons.

Dr. Charmagne Ross E. Bato-Salinas is a board-certified Otorhinolaryngologist–Head and Neck Surgeon (FPSOHNS) and serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Surgeon of RVB Medical Group. She has dedicated more than 10 years to the field of hair restoration, earning recognition for delivering natural-looking, personalized results with a patient-centered approach.

She specializes in female hairline correction, advanced Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Long Hair FUE, Direct Hair Implantation (DHI), eyebrow and eyelash transplantation, and comprehensive medical and surgical management of hair loss.

Beyond hair restoration, Dr. Bato-Salinas has undergone extensive training in body contouring, liposuction, fat transfer procedures, and regenerative medicine, allowing her to provide holistic aesthetic solutions that enhance both form and function. Dr. Bato earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute and completed formal training in General Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine through PPAIFI. She continues to pursue advanced training in cosmetic surgery, hair restoration, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic medicine, reflecting her commitment to safe, modern, and natural-looking patient care.
